Stage 3 Canberra Excursion
The Stage 3 excursion to Canberra will take place from Monday 7 November 2011 to Wednesday 9 November 2011. The aim of the excursion is to provide practical reinforcement to the Stage 3 studies in politics and government by giving students the opportunity to visit significant places in Canberra and experience first-hand the institutions involved in our political processes. The places to be visited will include Parliament House, Old Parliament House (including the Museum of Australian Democracy), the National Capital Exhibition, the National Gallery of Australia, the National Museum of Australia, the War Memorial, Questacon and CSIRO amongst other places.
